Its very easy to stick your head in the sand, mindlessly working through your commitments (school, work etc.) and spend your free time distracting yourself, through social media, partying, binge eating etc. If you’re truly happy, then crack on. But if you’re feeling stuck and envision a different life for yourself, then its time to get to work. The first place to start is yourself, by improving both your physical and mental fitness.
