Morning Groups

Start your day off the right way with a session at our Aurora Morning Groups. Held daily at 6:30am from our Aurora HQ, the sessions are full body and fast paced, designed to shed body fat, improve technique and blow off every last early morning cobweb.

 

Each training block lasts six weeks with three sessions per week and we have two groups running at once; Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. During each block you will receive eighteen high intensity workouts, personalised macro guidelines and most importantly, a coach and team with the same goals as you. The sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. We have multiple regressions for every exercise and you train at an intensity that’s right for you.

 

The two sign up boxes below show the start date for our next training block. You can sign up now to reserve you space, picking which days you would prefer to train on. Please be aware that regardless of when you sign up, your 6 week training block will not begin until the date displayed below.
